Calm Skin Company Return Policy
Due to the nature of the products Calm Skin Company can not accept returns on any products due to storage conditions and safety. If there is a problem then we comply with all aspects of the Consumer Guarantees Act, especially for faulty products. If there are any issues with any product(s) then the best action is to e-mail us at email@example.com (or call (04) 388 2256) explaining what the problem is and a return e-mail and the team will organise a solution for the issue.
Claims for lost parcels
All parcels are sent out with insurance cover. Parcels sent to a New Zealand delivery address should arrive within 3 business days of dispatch by Calm Skin Company. All persons using this site for deliveries within New Zealand must notify our customer service team within 5 business days of order dispatch, if the parcel has not been received. Claims for lost parcels made after this time will only be accepted at the discretion of Calm Skin Company.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. If any provision of this agreement shall be void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement, and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
